根据《浙江工商大学关于印发全日制本科学历国际学生学籍管理办法的通知》（浙商大教【2023】69号文件）第二十九条，国际学生有下列情况之一者，应予以退学：（一）超过最长学习年限内未达到毕业要求的；（二）未经批准连续2周未参加学校规定的教学活动的；（五）休学、保留学籍期满，在学校规定期限内未提出复学申请或者申请复学经复查不合格的；（七）未按学校规定缴交学杂费等。根据《浙江工商大学关于印发研究生学历国际学生学籍管理规定的通知》（浙商大外【2021】124号文件）第三十条，国际学生有下列情况之一者，应予以退学：（三）未经批准连续2周未参加学校规定的教学活动的；（五）休学、保留学籍期满，在学校规定期限内未提出复学申请或者申请复学经复查不合格的；现拟对以下2名国际生作退学处理。

According to Article 29 of the "Notice of Zhejiang Gongshang University on Printing and Distributing the Management Measures for the Student Status of International Students with Full-time Undergraduate Degree" (ZJSU教[2023] No.69), international students who have one of the following circumstances shall be withdrawn from the university: (1)Have not completed their studies within the maximum years of study stipulated by the University;(2) Not participating in the teaching activities stipulated by the school for 2 consecutive weeks without approval; (5) Upon the expiration of the leave of absence and the period during which enrollment status was maintained, if an application for resuming study is not submitted within the time frame stipulated by the University, or if the application for resuming study is found to be unsatisfactory after reassessment;(7) Fail to pay tuition and miscellaneous fees as stipulated by the university. According to Article 30 of the "Notice of Zhejiang Gongshang University on Printing and Distributing Regulations on the Administration of Student Status of International Students with Graduate Degrees" (ZJSU外 [2021] No. 124), international students who have one of the following circumstances shall be withdrawn from the university: (3) Not participating in the teaching activities stipulated by the school for 2 consecutive weeks without approval;(5) Upon the expiration of the leave of absence and the period during which enrollment status was maintained, if an application for resuming study is not submitted within the time frame stipulated by the University, or if the application for resuming study is found to be unsatisfactory after reassessment.

由于目前无法联系到学生本人，特在学院网页公布两周，公示期自2024年9月19日至2024年10月2日。如对退学处理决议有异议，请于两周内向法学院留学生办公室提出书面申请。学生在申诉期内未提出书面申请，学院将视为已同意该退学处理。

Since the students cannot be contacted at present, the above decision will be announced on the school website for two weeks from September 19, 2024 to October 2, 2024. If students have any objection to the decision to withdraw from the university, please submit a written application to the International Students Office of School of Law within two weeks.
