5月22日下午，法学院组织近10名包括本科生、硕士研究生以及博士研究生在内的留学生前往浙江金道律师事务所参观学习，此次活动由法学院留学生办公室田凤莉老师带队。浙江金道律师事务所副主任、跨境投资贸易与合规团队负责人崔海燕、金道所分管人事管理与考评工作委员会的管理合伙人黄河、权益合伙人陈士松、律师严媛琦、俞子奇等人参加了此次的交流学习。

On the afternoon of May 22^nd, the School of Law organized nearly 10 international students, including undergraduate, master's, and doctoral students, to visit and study at Zhejiang Brighteous Law Firm. The event was led by Ms. Tian Fengli from the International Student Office of School of Law. Cui Haiyan, Deputy Director of Zhejiang Brighteous Law Firm and Head of Cross border Investment, Trade and Compliance Team, Huang He, Managing Partner of the Personnel Management and Evaluation Committee of Zhejiang Brighteous Law Firm, Chen Shisong, Equity Partner, Yan Yuanqi, Yu Ziqi, and others participated in this exchange and learning session.

活动伊始，在金道所律师的带领下，留学生们首先参观了律所的工作环境。学生们认真地聆听律师的讲解，这也是留学生们深入了解中国律所环境且面对面与资深律师进行交流的一次难得的机会。

At the beginning of the event, under the guidance of lawyers from Zhejiang Brighteous Law Firm, the international students first visited the working environment of the law firm. Students listen attentively to the lawyer's explanation, which is also a rare opportunity for them to gain a deeper understanding of the Chinese law firm environment and engage in face-to-face communication with senior lawyers.

参观结束后，一场生动有趣的圆桌沙龙徐徐展开，沙龙由金道所跨境投资贸易与合规团队成员苏齐律师主持。首先，金道所副主任、跨境投资贸易与合规团队负责人崔海燕律师对留学生来访表达了热烈的欢迎，并简要介绍了金道所的发展历程、涉外业务和经验以及国际合作的愿景。随后，金道所分管人事管理与考评工作委员会的管理合伙人黄河律师表示希望与留学生们一起携手，探索未来为中国企业到所在国投资合作的可能性。

After the visit, a lively and interesting round table salon started, presided over by Lawyer Su Qi, member of the Cross border Investment, Trade and Compliance team at the firm. Firstly, Lawyer Cui Haiyan, Deputy Director of Jindao Institute and Head of Cross border Investment, Trade and Compliance Team, warmly welcomed the visiting international students and briefly introduced the law firm’s development history, foreign-related business and experience, as well as its vision for international cooperation. Subsequently, Lawyer Huang He, the managing partner of the Personnel Management and Evaluation Committee under the jurisdiction of Zhejiang Brighteous Law Firm expressed his hope to work together with international students to explore the possibility of investing and cooperating with Chinese companies in their host countries in the future.

在接下来精彩的交流互动环节，留学生们非常积极地向资深律师们提出问题，包括留学生如何在中国律所实习、涉外团队的工作模式等。针对留学生提出的问题，崔海燕律师、陈士松律师、俞子奇律师、严媛琦律师等专长涉外事务的律师们结合自身的业务经验，用具体案例详细耐心的给予解答。交流访问在热烈的掌声中圆满结束。

In the upcoming exciting communication and interaction session, international students actively asked senior lawyers questions, including how to intern at Chinese law firms and the working mode of foreign-related teams. Lawyers such as Cui Haiyan, Chen Shisong, Yu Ziqi, and Yan Yuanqi, who specialize in foreign-related affairs, patiently provide detailed answers to the questions raised by international students based on their own business experience and specific cases. The visit was successfully concluded with warm applause.

本次参观学习的留学生大多来自亚洲、非洲等“一带一路”国家，因此，这场沙龙不仅仅是一次简单的参观，更是一次思想和文化的碰撞。此次活动为来自“一带一路”国家的留学生们搭建了一个了解中国法律、探讨国际合作的平台。本次参观学习亦是2024年浙江工商大学国际文化节的一部分，借此机会，法学留学生们走进律所与律师面对面，实地感知了律所的办公环境、工作氛围，了解了律师的工作日常。留学生们纷纷表示感谢金道所提供此次机会，希望以后有更多的机会走进社区、走进企业，实地感知浙江经济社会发展。

Most of the international students who joined this visit come from Asia, Africa and "the Belt and Road" countries. Therefore, this salon is not only a simple visit, but also a collision of ideas and cultures. This activity has built a platform for international students from the "the Belt and Road" countries to understand Chinese laws and discuss international cooperation. This visit and study is also part of the 2024 Zhejiang Gongshang University International Culture Festival. Taking this opportunity, law students visit the law firm and meet lawyers face-to-face, experiencing the office environment and working atmosphere of the law firm on the spot, and understanding the daily work of lawyers. International students have expressed their gratitude to Zhejiang Brighteous Law Firm for providing this opportunity, hoping to have more opportunities to enter the community, enter enterprises, and experience the economic and social development of Zhejiang in the future.
